Structure: RCC framed structure with Ultratech/Ramco or equivalent cement And Vizag /Simhadri TMT Fe 500 Steel.
Walls: All external walls shall be with 6″and internal walls shall be with 4” Iredbrick (Rajamandry) and cement mortar with Ultratech/Ramco or equivalent cement.
Plastering: Plastering of internal walls and ceiling shall be of cement motor with Ultratech/Ramco cement or equivalent.
Doors: Well-seasoned teakwood frame and Entrance door and window with Godrej locks. Internal Doors will be with well-seasoned teak wooden frames with flush doors with Cylinder Locks.
Windows: Upvc Windows with Steel mesh and Gl safety grills.
Flooring: 2’x4′ Vitrified tiles with 4″ Skirting in all rooms. (Johnson/ kajaria or equivalent) 18″x 12″ Ceramic tiles in balconies and Utility floor areas. Provide Parking Tiles.
Electricals: Concealed copper wiring of RR/Havells or equivalent,modular switches Legrand/Havells or equivalent in all rooms& kitchen with MCB and AC Provisions in all bed rooms. Tv and phone cables provided in living.
Bathrooms: (Johnson/kajaria/Cera or equivalent) Tiles dado upto full Height. All C.P. fittings of Jaquar/ Parryware or equivalent make. Western / Indian type toiletsand Provision for water heters Kitchen.
Platform: Black Granite cooking platform and Supreme /Jindal or Equivalent steel/metalsink with glazed tiles dado of full feet high above platform will be provided in the kitchen.
Kitchen utility: Water taps of Jaquar/ Hindware or equivalent make shall be Provided in the kitchen utility for washing area and for washing machine.
Granite: All Windows, Bathrooms Framing with Granite.
Granite framing for lift and front wall Area, Stair case, common corridor With Stainless Steel Railing.
Putty & Painting : Internal walls and external walls for elevationwith two coats of Putty Birla or equivalent And two coats emulsion Asian paints, Windows MS safety grills etc., shall be painted with enamel Asian or equivalentpaint. External putty for elevation and Texture paining for a Il-round Building.
Lift: Lift of 6 passenger capacity Johnson or equivalent make will be provided.
Cupboards: Wardrobes and Cupboards with cement planks shall be provided in Each room except living room.
Generator: Backup for lift, Common area lighting and pump Kirloskar/ashokley land or equivalent make and backup for all Rooms and Kitchen area per each flat excluding AC & waterheaters.
