9. ELECTRICALS: Complete Fire proof concealed wiring with FINOLEX copper wire and modular switches of quality
10. CUPBOARDS: Wardrobes and Cupboards with cement planks shall be provided in all the rooms except Living room.
11. PAINTING: Quality ASIAN paint (water & dust proof) should be used for complete apartment inside the flats and outside of the apartment with complete texture paint finish.
12. WATER SUPPLY: 24 Hours water supply should be provided with Bore well and municipal water connection.
13. LIFT: Quality and latest OTIS lift (6 persons capacity) with Automation door
14. GENERATOR: KIRLOSKAR Generator (connection for lift, complete common area lighting, water motor, three lights, three fans, and connection to kitchen power socket in the flats)
15. PIPES: only SUDHAKAR pipes and for internal pipelines ASTRAL pipes should be used in complete apartment
16. SECURITY: Complete apartment should be secured with quality CC cameras (HIKVISON brand)
17. SANITARYWARE: All taps and fitting should be of quality JAGUAR make and latest wall hung western commodes of quality JAGUAR make
18. NOTE: APEPDCL charges, Power connection charges, Transformer charges, Municipal water related charges, GST charges, all Registration charges, Stamp duty, all Govt. Fees/ Challans, all Govt. Taxes, any other hidden charges are Extra.
